Throughout my term at Changemaker Education School - a leading institution in Stockholm- I had the privilege
of collaborating with a dynamic team of passionate students. Together, we engaged in a project that epitomized innovation and effective problem-solving. Our collective efforts were dedicated to tackling real-world challenges, backed by extensive research into Swedish society. Meet my talented team members:

Project Description:
Introducing the Morgon Harmoni App—a groundbreaking solution designed to redefine your family's mornings.    This innovative app focuses on streamlining daily routines, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable start to your day. With features such as smart alarms, step-by-step reminders, smart home integration, and a shared family calendar, the Morgon Harmoni App is an all-in-one tool to bring peace and efficiency to mornings.
Identify User Needs:
We began our project by defining the problem. First, we conducted interviews: we conducted numerous interviews with individuals in various situations, gathering a wealth of information about their needs and problems. Then, we created an Affinity Diagram, Storyboard and User Journey to conclude the defining phase and initiate the Ideation phase.
Affinity Diagram:
After conducting user interviews and gathering information we choose to creat an Affinity Diagram to organize qualitative data, observations by grouping similar ideas or insights together, it creates a structured overview of the data to overture to the next step
Storyboard:
Here is the storyboard for the extreme potential user to help us emphathize with our user and define their problems and needs.
User Journey:
The user journey helped us optimize the flow of interactions and users' movement from one stage to another. It aided in identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance the product, ensuring it meets user needs in the most effective way possible.
Ideation and Brainstorming:

Collaborate as a team to generate creative ideas for addressing the identified challenges.
Prioritize Features: Determine key features based on user needs and project goals.
Develop wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize the app's structure and user flow.
Paper Wireframes:
Low Fidelity:
Key Features:

Iteration Improvements and Final Solution:
