Personas:
based on research data and insights gathered from real users I created persona to provide a human face to abstract user segments, helping me empathize with and understand the users' perspectives, goals, and frustrations.
Personas helped me making user-centered design decisions by keeping the target users top of mind throughout the design process
User Empathy Maps:
To foster empathy and understanding towards users by visualizing their thoughts, feelings, actions, and motivations. Empathy maps helped me develop a deeper understanding of users' needs, preferences, and pain points.
Paper Wireframes
In focusing on low fidelity, I began with paper wireframes to outline the structure and layout of the design, avoiding details like color and typography.
Paper wireframes helped me facilitate rapid iteration, accessible to everyone, as a plus this choose is a cost-effective option for design exploration.
Final solution
This is the final solution for my first research and wireframe sketching. It is called final solution but we still have to iterate after testing the product in this point of the process.
Need: Convenience and time-saving.
Problem: Many shoppers have busy lifestyles and don't have the time to physically go to a store to purchase items.
Solution: Since Shoppy app is supporting Favorits and Wish List features Creating features such as intuitive navigation, a smart search function.
Iteration:
This phase emphasizes the cyclical nature of the design process, where designs are continually refined and iterated upon based on user testing, feedback, and insights gathered throughout the design process.
First Improving:
Need: Trust and security.
Problem: Some shoppers may be hesitant to make purchases online due to concerns about security and privacy.
Solution: Prioritize the security of user data and transactions. This can be achieved through the implementation of secure payment gateways.
Second Improving:
Need: Affordability and cost-effectiveness.
Problem: Shoppers may be deterred from making purchases if they feel that the prices are too high, or if they are unable to find good deals.
